Nope, not dead.  And still in Seoul, in fact.  I’ve just been preoccupied with other projects and, you know, life and stuff.  But I’m thrilled to announce that one of those projects, after multiple delays and false starts, is finally, finally done.  At long last, the English-language version of the Seoul Sub→urban book is here, titled, appropriately enough, Seoul Sub→urban (ready to accept my MacArthur Genius Grant for that one anytime now).

A lot of work went into this project, and not just on my part.  I’m deeply indebted to all of the photographers that I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years, and also to the staff members at Seoul Selection who made this book happen.  Writing a book might be a lot of sitting in a room alone, but making a book takes a whole mess of dedicated, talented, selfless people, and I’m thankful for all of them.
